Appointments to confirm
Where target personnel has agreed to be contacted to arrange a fixed appointment
- applicable for businesses who by their nature cannot plan time in advance.

 

Phone Appointments
Where a target personnel has agreed to a phone call to discuss services or answer questions at an agreed/best time and date.
- Applicable for companies who need to discuss either, in depth, or explain technical data. Also useful for companies needing to establish if a long distance visit is viable.

Information Requests
Genuine requests for information, clarified by commitment to read, not bin and establishment of what they could be interested in.
- Reduces the "send some literature" fob-off and therefore increases readership.

Future Requests
Not currently interested but have agreed to future contact, usually classified by 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
- Useful for companies whose products or services are an infrequent or costly purchase.
