CBS Inbound is the sister company of CBS Telemarketing and we specialise in handling inbound telephone calls.

Inbound calls are normally generated through 0800/0845 telephone number’s, these calls are answered by our dedicated inbound team who are all English speaking and based within our small call centre in Leeds.

The majority of inbound calls require us to capture personal information/details and we than add the caller’s details directly onto a computerised database.
